What is Coloured concrete?

Colored concrete is concrete that has pigments added to the mix to create a desired color. It is used for decorative purposes to enhance the appearance of concrete surfaces such as patios, driveways, sidewalks, and interior floors.

Concrete is a mix of cement water and aggregate made in a batching plant. It is then poured into a concrete truck and brought to the job site where it is poured, troweled and finished. 4-7 days after when the concrete has completely set, the concrete team will come back to acid wash the concrete, removing any dirt or oils that are on the concrete. Once the concrete is completely dry after the acid wash it will be sealed to prevent any yellowing, fading and staining from occurring. The sealer can include fine grit to make it more slip resistant.
